In short: Aurora Reef is free entertainment for adults aged 18 or over in Australia. You play with virtual coins that are always free, cannot be bought and are worth nothing outside the games. There is no real money gambling, no cash-out and no prizes.

1. Who we are

This website, aurorareef.com (the "Service"), is operated by Adenira s.r.o., a limited liability company (s.r.o.) with company ID (IČO) 23514868, registered office Klivarova 354/7, Háje, 149 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague (Městský soud v Praze), section C, file 428036 ("we", "us"). 2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults located in Australia. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. By using the Service or creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by the law that applies to you. We do not direct the Service or its advertising at minors. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close their account and delete their personal information.

3. Social casino, not gambling

  • All games are simulated casino-style games played for amusement only. They contain simulated gambling and are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
  • The Service does not offer or promote real money gambling and does not offer any opportunity to win real money, prizes, goods, services or anything of real-world value.
  • Nothing can be staked, deposited, purchased or won. Because no money or anything else of value is played for, the Service is not a gambling service within the meaning of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth).
  • The Service is not a competition, lottery, sweepstake or trade promotion and does not run prize draws.
  • Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.

4. Virtual coins

  • Coins are a virtual in-game counter. They are given to you free of charge: a starting balance of 10,000 coins, a free coin bonus of 2,500 every 4 hours, a daily bonus for consecutive days, and a free top-up to 1,000 whenever your balance drops below 100 coins.
  • Coins cannot be purchased. The Service has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features of any kind.
  • Coins have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services or prizes, on or off the Service.
  • Your coin balance and progress are saved with your account on our servers, so they are the same on every device you sign in on. We may adjust or reset balances, bonus amounts and intervals at any time, for example to correct an error or misuse.
  • Without an account you can play every game in demo mode with 5,000 demo coins. Demo coins have no value, are kept only in your browser and do not earn the daily bonus or the coin bonus. When you create an account in the same browser, up to 25,000 demo coins are added to your new account.

4a. Shell Shuffle

  • Shell Shuffle on the home page gives new players free bonus coins. Three shells show three bonuses, close, are shuffled, and you pick one. You can play once per browser, free of charge. No purchase or payment is needed or possible, and the bonus is virtual coins only.
  • The number of bonus coins is chosen at random by our server at the moment you pick. The shuffle is an animation only: the shell you choose does not change the chances. The chances are: Black Pearl, 10,000 coins: 10%; Gold Pearl, 5,000 coins: 30%; Pink Pearl, 2,500 coins: 60%.
  • The bonus coins are added to your coin balance, on top of the welcome bonus, when you create an account in the same browser within 7 days of the game. The coins from one game can be added to one account only.
  • One game per browser. Playing again in the same browser shows the same result, and the number of games from one network is limited. We may cancel bonus coins obtained through several browsers, devices, accounts or automation, and we may change or end Shell Shuffle at any time.

5. Games and outcomes

Game outcomes are produced in your browser by a cryptographically seeded random number generator and the rules shown on each game page. The average return shown on a game page is a long-run statistical figure expressed in virtual coins; it is not a promise about any session. Games are provided "as is" for entertainment. If a display or technical fault occurs, it has no consequence beyond your virtual coin balance.

6. Advertising and third parties

The Service does not display advertising for, or link to, real money gambling services, and does not use the names, logos or marks of any real money gambling brand. Links to support organisations on our Responsible Play page are provided for your wellbeing.

7. Responsible play

If you want a break from the Service, write to us from your account email and we will close your account, or block access for the period you ask for. Please read our Responsible Play page.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it to harm other users, misrepresent coins as having value, or offer to buy or sell coins or accounts.
  • Keep to one account per person. Do not create several accounts to collect bonuses more than once, and do not share, sell or give away your account.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, macros, emulators or any other automation or tool to play, to collect bonuses or to interfere with the Service.
  • Do not exploit errors or loopholes in the games or the bonus system. Please report them to us instead.

We may block or delete an account, remove its coins and progress, and end access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

9. Accounts

An account is optional and free. You must give a real email address you control, keep your password secret and be at least 18. An account does not give access to purchases, prizes or real money. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The games, names, text, design and code of the Service are original works owned by or licensed to us. They are not associated with any real money gambling brand. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

11. Australian Consumer Law and liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, the Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". Virtual coins and progress have no value and may be lost because of technical errors, maintenance, security measures or account closure; we are not liable for that loss. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, and where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Where a change is significant we will tell you on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you use the Service as a consumer in Australia, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any protection under Australian law that cannot be excluded by contract, including the Australian Consumer Law, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your state or territory where that law allows.

Resolving disputes. If you have a complaint, please first write to us at support@aurorareef.com or through our contact form, describing the issue and the email address of your account. We will acknowledge it within 5 business days and try to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory, or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
